rubyph does not charge any fees on deposits. For withdrawals, rubyph does not impose platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside rubyph's control.
