rubyph Terms & Conditions

§1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "rubyph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the rubyph online gaming platform accessible at rubyph.org and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rubyph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the rubyph registration process.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and ancillary services made available through the rubyph platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a registered rubyph account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by rubyph.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting turnover a player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by rubyph in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rubyph. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the rubyph platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the rubyph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rubyph.

rubyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the rubyph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of rubyph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the rubyph platform or any affiliated gaming service.

rubyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by rubyph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

§4 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rubyph services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered rubyph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rubyph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. rubyph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify rubyph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
5. KYC Verification: rubyph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and any additional documentation requested by the rubyph compliance team.

§5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the rubyph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) and are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted Payment Methods: rubyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within minutes once approved.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your rubyph wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. rubyph complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). rubyph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposit, or to a verified bank account matching your KYC documents.

§6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the rubyph platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and binding once you receive a confirmation from the rubyph system. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming any wager.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your rubyph wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stake amount at the time of placement.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Void Bets: rubyph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by a technical error that materially impacted the odds or market availability.
• Maximum Winnings: rubyph may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or cumulative winnings within a specified period. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or market interface.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at rubyph's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Error Correction: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, rubyph reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets, including recovering any overpayments from player wallets.

§7 Bonuses & Promotions

rubyph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are in good standing with rubyph.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• rubyph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

§8 Responsible Gaming

rubyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

§9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rubyph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rubyph staff or other players through any communication channel.

rubyph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rubyph platform — including but not limited to the rubyph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rubyph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rubyph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any rubyph content without prior written authorisation.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rubyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

rubyph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their rubyph wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rubyph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

§12 Account Termination & Suspension

rubyph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Players may also voluntarily close their rubyph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining wallet balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

§13 Privacy & Data Protection

rubyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The manner in which rubyph handles your personal information is described in detail in the rubyph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on rubyph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine gaming and anti-money laundering regulations.

§14 Amendments to These Terms

rubyph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rubyph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the rubyph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

§15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the rubyph support team to seek an amicable resolution. rubyph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.

rubyph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through rubyph's internal process may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
